The Landlords Package Program has been separated by underwriting criteria into three (3) programs - Basic - Common - Preferred. The programs are designed for the following residential properties:
- 1 and 2 family non-owner occupied dwellings
- 3 and 4 family owner and non-owner occupied dwellings
Note: Buildings with commercial occupancies are ineligible for the Landlords Package Program. Manufactured homes are also ineligible for the Landlords Package Program.
